Doc Frey cue question!

What is a fair value for a Doc Frey titlist cue? Took the cue in trade and it is thought to be a Doc Frey. I am told by a friend that has had a couple of them it looks like Doc's work because of the pin height. One of the shafts is a balabushka cut to fit the cue!
Bill Schick was who told me the shaft looked like George's work he said the way the ferrel and joint collar was done was like George did them and it just looked right.
Not sure if I should sell the cue but money talks. I will have the cue back next friday and thought I would get a few collectors drooling! The cue is believed to come out of the Philidelphia area. Any thoughts before Ebay?

Give me a couple weeks

I will post when I get the cue back! I was thinking about selling the cue and just keeping a Scruggs and my Cochran and of course a Rick Howard break jump! So all my others just might go! This will include a Gilbert titlist that will be a while but will be sold! Someone owed me a favor and the Gilbert will probably be payback!
Thanks
Nick

im guessing he means doc fry seeing as how he could just send the cue to bob to be verified. also bobs last name is pronounced fry so i could see where there might be a mix up. also the part about the cue coming out of philidelphia and not baltimore.

Doc not Bob although if it were one of Bobs it would not be sold. Doc was from the Philidelphia area. Bob is in Baltimore. And Raist you might Pm me what the value might be for a Doc Fry or Frey I am not sure the spelling. I can say that it is being refinished and rewrapped by a cuemaker that has been around since the 70's and he told me what his thoughts were on the cue and Bill Schick has looked at the shafts previously and told me his thoughts on those.
So between those two guys 65 or more years experience this is what I have posted!
