Long shot, but curious if anyone here has any experience with JC custom cues, from Taiwan?

To be honest, I just need a cheap shaft (that is hopefully good quality), lol, and J&J cues has spare shafts, made by JC, that use the joint that I need.
Just going by the picture, the taper on that shaft looks very Conical to me. Looks like a really stiff taper.
Anyways, thanks for any thoughts.
