Does inside spin create more CIT than outside spin?

If you don't know which side you miss a shot on, it is hard to adjust the aim for the next time you encounter the shot. If you do not pay attention to exactly how a shot goes wrong, it is a very slow process to correct the error.

Understood. But arthritis in my neck makes it very difficult to turn my head to watch the OB path. Also, I'm trying to be religious about staying down on the shot. Body movement used to be a big problem for me, mostly because I wanted to watch the OB go in the pocket (and I have to move my upper body to get that view since my neck won't do it alone).

I've noticed a big improvement since I started focusing intently on the OB-CB collision...so intently that I can take a "snapshot" of the moment the CB hits the OB. But I've found that it requires keeping my eyes on that spot for 1-2 seconds after the collision.
