Do you think the tables are level? Do you think they use Quick Clean?

I played on a outdoor table in St Lucia. When the wind blew the balls would move. If you shot on a long shot you could watch the object ball roll before the cue ball got there. After a break the wind blew and all the balls ended up along the head rail. It added another challenge and dimension to the game.
