Donation's for Senior center

Only need to be 55, 25 4.5 x 9's Pool Tables, 3 5 x 10 Snooker, 1 5 x 10 Three Cushion. All Brunswicks. AZ is the Place.....

I'm less than 2 weeks from 60, but have no cash, not to mention a 51 year old wife that doesn't qualify. I guess I'll have to wait. lol.
I wonder could I raise enough cash selling the wife, hmmmm. No, no, no get rid of those evil thoughts.

You can get some pretty good ideas watching the "Investigators" on cable. That's what I tell my wife when she goes to bed. I am going to stay up to see how they get rid of the body!:D

Where I live the HomeOwners Rules STATE one person in the Household must be 55, so if you got an 18 y/o bride you import from Thailand she is in too. Actually one of the guy i know who is 62 ish, had a Filipino wife who is in her 30’s.

Arizona is Full of Senior Retirement Communities, most have Pool Rooms with as few as 4 Tables, and as many as 30,-35 Tables.

Some of the builder are U.S. Homes, Robson, Del Webb, and a few other i can not remember.

Del Web has Communities in PHX, Tucson. Robson is in Tucson, and PHX. do a Google Search for Senior Retirement Communities in AZ.

Prices range from the Mid 80’s to the Sky is the Limit. Many of the Communities are Manufactured Home, and other are Real house, Condo’s Patio Homes, etc.
