Many of those E Cigs that you see are just small portable vaporizer pens. Designed to burn a solid material instead of liquid.
A good, more expensive Vape and you will smell very little vapor. Unless its good Skunk of course.
E Cigs are getting banned in some places I believe. Smoking pot with similar devices in public places will just ensure that the bannings will be more wide spread and quicker.
