I just noticed that Dr. Dave has recently posted in the "back stroke pause" thread.
For the members who don't know who he is, Dr. Dave is the author of "The Illustrated Principles of Pool and Billiards" and is regarded in the pool community as one of top authorities concerning the science/physics of the game (up there with Bob Jewett, Ron Shepard, etc.). He also has a fabulous website that I frequent every so often, which has been invaluable to some of us geeks of this forum.
I never knew Dr. Dave was an AZ member, until I noticed from his profile that he has been a member since 12/04 (before I joined), but only just recently posted his third post. I, for one, wish that he posts MUCH more frequently on this forum (especially to set all of us physics-know-it-alls straight
