Dream Cue?

Hey Jeff, the challenge is these cues are selling in Asia for huge dollars, one I know of specificially was over $100k, you're right mine isn't for sale ,except for maybe when I move back to Georgia (in which case I can drop it off at your house when I drive through, just kidding).

To be honest as mentioned before someday there will be a public auction of cues by the great cue makers like Gus, Barry, George, etc, so not sure we will really know the true values until then. Having said that I know what I would pay for a Gus 8 pnter (since we know what one of the last ones sold for) and I'm sure someone would probably pay more than me, but in the end to me great cues are like great works of art by the masters.

Happy Holidays,

Rich

I heard from a very good source(dont ask or that will shut the grape vine off!) that a bushka was sold last summer from a east coast dealer to a asian buyer for over a 100k. I'm no bushka expert or cue expert but have seen alot of cues (Bushka's included from a real estate broker from manhattan while i was at valley forge Show a few years ago) and rich's cue is right there with the top works from george. Judging from some of the values he put on his collection I would say 125k is not crazy for this bushka if you found the right buyer.
