dream cue

I have a cue that I would like built at some point.I have no idea what it would cost and if I can afford it. I do not own any custom cues so I have no idea how to begin even looking into it. Any suggestions would be appreciated or interest in helping me my giving me a quote is also welcomed.

I guess it would be considered a fancy sneaky Pete. Ebony into amboyna burl, ivory joint as I have been told the feed back is crazy. I want it to be bumperless with an ivory hoppe ring. I prefer the weight around 19oz. The shaft would have a tip of around 12.5 mm with ivory ferrul. I do not know what I want for a pin because I'm not sure how it adds to the play like if a 3/8-10 plays better then radial or if stainless plays better then brass or g10. I do think brass looks nice but that isn't visible enough to matter much.

Not to many people can do a fullsplice and that cue should be core because of the amboyna burl. You should contact Darrin Hill(Hills Cues). This sounds like something he can do.

mitchell thomas can do any thing you can dream of look at his facebook and tell him what you want. he is great on the price to. he make them by hand and no a cnc so its one of a kind and hes a great pool player too. his style of cues is one of a kind. just give it a look thanks. tell him tommy gee sent you and he will make you a good deal..

It would help to give a price range as well. We don't know what you can and can't afford.

the reason I did not give a price is because this is just what I want, if I cannot afford it I will save and sell as many cues as I have to in order to have it built. I know good golden amboyna is very expensive. I ivory probably is too. I just thought it would be a good idea to know how much it takes to get it made.

Cbrand, There are lots of good cuemakers that can do a fullsplice cue. What's your budget? Timeframe to purchase? Different cuemakers will have different prices and lead times.

I don't really have a budget, this is a cue that I have had in my head for awhile so I would just like it to be done right and I know there's good talent here so that's not a problem. As far as a time frame goes I don't have one. If I chose someone that's gonna charge 2 grand I'm gonna have to save my pennies. If someone says they'll do it for 500 bucks ill need significantly less time. I guess if someone is willing to take the time and give me a price and tell me a dreamer how they plan to accomplish it be it cores or full splice I would appreciate it. Custom cues are a new world to me and I wasn't even sure if these woods would work together as a sneaky.
