not trying to reinvent the wheel but.... does anyone have a chart for Drill Bit Size, for example does 3/8 radial, 3/8-10, 3/8-11 all use a 5/16 drill bit?
asking for a friend! lol

With the exception of the radial, which use a 5/16 and also a 5/16 reamer is recommended.
The other 2 depends on who made the screws.

Yay, cuemakers! Attempting to undo 185 years of thread standardization for absolutely no good reason!
If they made the right size hand taps from the get go, maybe people would have had the screws made the same.
The biggest reason that I know of was,
Different size screws were being made to accommodate the taps offered.
Just saying!
I had my taps made special seeing I was one of the one's who complained about it 30 years ago.

If you google: Tap drill chart, you'll get a big list of all common fine and coarse threads (UNF & UNC) but many of the threads commonly used in pool cues aren't standard threads.
As for Radial, you can download the technical specs from the Uni-loc website, obviously you'll find the specs for Uni-Loc pin as well.
