ROTFLMAO!!!:D :D :D

Now thats funny!!! They are every bit as good as Diana Hoppe.

Thanks Hal. great way to start my day.:)

Hal,
Too cool. Now all we need is a picture of the SpongeBob cape. Also, I'm assuming that you got release forms signed from the players involved. I'd hate to have them call their lawyers because you are using their likeness without permission. I'll tell you this paparazzi business is just getting out of hand.

P.S. - Damn those things were so realistic, it was eerie. You didn't retouch or enhance them did you? What kind of equipment were you using? You must have been close, were the players bothered while you were shooting?

Speaking from my perspective Hal was the consummate professional. He managed to catch me at a pivotal juncture in the tournament and I never was aware of his presence. I felt he truly captured the intensity of the moment.

I must admit I am a bit awestruck in this tournament with anonymous heavyweights everywhere, at times I find it difficult maintaining confidence. I think Hal captured my feeling of confidence but tempered with a healthy dose of caution, revealing the inner struggle of the competitor. He is truly an artist.

As far as release goes I think I should cut him some slack as he develops this dramatic new art form.

guts and heart

Remember that day we answered the tournament director’s call out and we (the elite few) entered the arena to begin our contest. I took the liberty and commissioned a couple of oils to commemorate this gathering of the first Drivermaker Memorial Holiday Tournament.

It was my pleasure to participate in this tournament. Who ever wants the pictures can have them. I have the negatives and will put them in the time capsule that I plan to bury next week.

Other items to be put in the capsule are:

One memorable post from Drivermaker
One post from Marissa (just to piss of Drivermaker)
The picture of the Meucci plunger
A Predator 314 shaft
