what table/manufacturer has the truest/liveliest cushions?? I know Ohlhausen used to promote Accu-Fast? cushions on their tables. I like to bank the balls, and appreciate a nice true bouncy table.

Olhausen are lively but you can't hit them very hard. They seem to bottom out easier than some tables. I do like the Accu-Fast cushions though, they are accurate and you don't need to piss pound them. This can be weird if you're used to using speed to shorten banks and such, you can still do the same concept but you might not have to hit it as hard to shorten it.

Purdue had all Olhausen's back 15 years ago with I assumed the accu fast cushions. At first I didn't like how the balls would roll off especially along the rails until the cloth settled? But they were the best banking tables I've ever played on but when I went out of town and played on some Gold Crowns I was really struggling with kicks shots horribly which was odd! I don't like how Diamonds bank but love how they play position.

I tried to explain "speed shortening" a bank to a teammate, who was a better player than me, but it never sunk in.

"the angle is the same no matter how hard you hit it" Even demonstrated it to him, but he never got it.

Oh well, he is clueless in Columbus Ohio now.
there is room for debate on this
