Anyone see what happened in the duong quoc vs jeff deluna match?

Duong quoc refused to shake deluna’s hand after the matchup…

Just curious if anyone has the story behind that?
 
deluna has been moving in the sight line for as long as i've seen him play. so low odds on that variant. he's also known to say things, but that's hardly the case here since dq hoang doesn't speak english or tagalog. mike panozzo was right next to the table, maybe he saw what it was.
 
The story I heard was that in rack 1, Hoang called a foul on de Lune, but de Luna denied it. De Luna ended up winning I think 9-1 but Hoang wouldn’t shake his hand because of that.
