I see that the type A measurements fall at the upper limit of the 0-100 range. I guess I would prefer to measure something in the middle of the instrument's range if possible. Olaf, where do your measurements fall on the Shore D scale for some common tips?
PoolDog did a hell of a job here with his work. It's the most complete list I've seen of tip Shore hardness. I never took time to study it before.
