CNC dust collector

Just some pics of what the CNC dust collector ended up like.
Still some chips which makes it past this but not to bad.

Looks good. Just a thought here, but what If You made another that's identical to go on the other side, and then plumb up a manifold to connect the intakes together into one line? You may not be able to see the cutter, but I wonder If It would increase the amount of pickup? With an adjustment like you have on that, It seems like you could bring them closer together as the work piece gets smaller.

I think the only solution which would make this 100% would be something similar as yours or as you mention another brush on the other side.
But it might be a little hard to operate. Long time since I used the CNC for this purpose but I'll do a revisit on it during December;-)
