Is that a "cue builder" though if using high tech machine extruded materials? When someone talks about cuebuilders I think of wood and lathes and wood blanks. It's almost like calling Predator a US cuemaker when their stuff comes out of China. I mean they are a company that sells cues but I don't think it's a cue builder in the sense the OP was asking.

The OP asked for a Dutch cue builder. I gave him a Dutch cue builder. So to answer your question, a person who builds cues is a "cue builder." I guess you know the OP's mind better than I do.

Is this one of your nitty rules too?? Only wood can be considered for cue construction?

I personally don't have any nitty rules, pretty sure my name is not in any rule books as a contributor. I do have a rule that people should know the rules thought.

I'd like to know if there is a cue builder from there, don't think there are that many countries with known cue makers outside of a local presence.
 
Sorry, can't think of a Dutch cue builder. Willem Wesseling, who learned his trade from the late Dennis Dieckman, does all sorts of conversions, repairs, modifications (if that is what the OP is looking for). A Belgian cue maker, Stany Buyle, sells his cues under the brand name EsBee. That's about it.
 
✌️ Everyone…. perhaps I should of said custom cue builder…I’ll check out Goran Kobas for a start, I did speak t someone in Belgium but he. Gave me just a company that sold cues… AND BIG THANKS TONALL FOR THEIR IMPUT 👍 if any other info is found please message me 👍✌️😎🇺🇸
