Dynaspheres Factory and Manufacturing

There are a couple of sets with different colour patterns. The Japanese version of the platinum set is used by one of the big hall franchises in the city. Every time I go there I seem to get confused. All sixes and sevens to me... Literally, need to stop and ask myself is this the 6 or the 7 😂 It's cost me money a few times.
The Palladium set (Green 6 + Brown 7) is the new one that the JPBA (pro org) use, and the Platinum (Gray 6 + Cyan(?) 7) is the one that JAPA (amateur org) use. It gets quite confusing :) https://www.newart.co.jp/?s=ダイナスフィア&cat=3

I have the Bronze and a 20 year old set of Centenials. My Centenials need a good cleaning so I've been using the Bronze. I really like them and they were a great deal when they were available.

This is no where near your numbers but my wife and I down sized to a small town house 5 years ago. Paid $160k. We have a corner lot. Garage and a finished room behind the garage. Last month the ones that have 1 less bedroom .. no garage or storage room and a quarter of the yard sold for 130k. So whats mine worth now in just 5 years time. It’s crazy.
I looked at the actual numbers more, and my x10 in 30 years is an outlier, but not that far off...

1400 sqft house that I grew up in in the 80s in CT was bought for $86k, is now ~$330k. x3.7 (40 years)
1800 sqft house that I grew up in the 90s in CT was bought for $160k (sold for $162k in 2000) and is now ~$450. x2.8 (30 years)
1200 sqft house (another one I lived in in CT) is now $290k and was bought for $115k. x2.5 (25 years)

But the 1300 sqft house across the street in MA went from $90k to $465k since 1995. x5.2 (30 years)
And the 3000 sqft house I live in now in MA increased by a factor of x6.0 since 1995 (though work was done to it).
I live an hour south of Boston

AI says that the average increase is around x6.6 in 30 years for MA. Still not x10 but could be in specific areas.

My parents built their 2900sqft house in a south Mpls suburb for $175k in late '95. It's worth $444k now (just a garage addition since). So 2.5x in 30 years.

There's a property right by me (edge of mpls suburban growth) that's 158 acres. Was last sold for $66kin 2007.
It's worth nearly $3.2 MILLION now...(GIS market value). So nearly 50x. Absurd.

Thank you for the information! I didn't know that, I just assumed they were the only set sold in Japan (or Japanese limited edition).

So I have the Palladium set, and the other hall use the Platinum set. I feel like the Platinum set owes me some money! 😂
