IF you are talking about the "mosconi" one it went off at 9100.00 did not hit the reserve.

I thought the seller reneged or something. Was it just that it didn't hit the reserve?

I got the following PM:
"Your instincts were good. Maybe not in the right regard.
That Balabushka sold on eBay for $10,199.00 and it looks like the seller reneged."
 
I've seen it up 2 separate times in the last few weeks.

I think you are talking about the last time it sold like a week ago or so. In that auction, the seller or buyer backed out I guess, and that auction had no reserve. This latest auction had a reserve and it did not hit it. I just checked it. Search completed auctions.

He must have put it up by accident without a reserve that time. Thanks for the clarification.
