That's an insult to this forum.. :p :p :p
Hey, I still use a 16yo graphite Cuetec as a break cue... served me well for many years, and it's still exactly as new.
It will be retired as soon as my Bryan Fisher sends my new B/J, though.

Cuetec posts on the forum: my opinion

I was disappointed to see such a harsh response to your cuetec post. I imagined that the spelling error in your reply was a function of stress because of it.

I savor the art of cues and feel like cuetec is the cue of least artistic value...but that doesn't mean I would play Earl or Allison or any cuetec pro for the money. Cuetec has its place in the market and in my opinion, so does your respectful post in this forum.

To cuetec haters (or hatters), if you see cuetec in the thread name, beware...there might be talk of those cues in the post! Open at your own risk.

post all you want, about cuetecs or otherwise. in my opinion there are a lot of nice and very helpful people on this forum, but there are also some who are custom cue snobs. i'm sure he was joking but there are a lot of people who would post the same thing and might not be joking. i dont understand the hate for cuetecs but dont be bothered by it.

Cuetech's sponsorship of Earl and Allison over the years has brought many, many new players to the game, many of whom bought a Cuetech as a personal playing cue vs. a house cue. These new players are the lifeblood of pool, and should be encouraged and respected as much as anybody on this forum. This cue is probably making way for a new Scruggs.... Good luck with your sale, and please don't stop posting!
:p

Thanks for all of your postive comments, and you are right. There are a lot of great people on AZ Billiards, and I retract my statement, and I will continue to post.
I have my own custom made cue, and this was one I inherited and I thought for the price, with the case it might be a good deal for someone.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. C
