Earl's cue?

The Action Report has a report on Earl's latest equipment with pics.

a donnay handle with a forearm, joint and shaft. why the hell didn't anyone think about this before?

this could be a start of the revolution we all have waited for. the terminology will be though tho; what a blasting second serve! nice backhand there, tremendous lob, 40 love svb, advantage corey, powerful volley by drago that earl almost caught up to.

Sounds like Earl is not using cuetec anymore. I could see on his face that he did not like those cuetec cues...

good read, your 100% correct.

I can understand how you would misunderstand Earl's behaviour if you are not really, really competitive. In competitive sports situations people put themselves into a different mindset. When their personality is outgoing anyway, this can add up to what looks like a fit. We all Freudian slip, but I enjoy watching Earl. The best reply to his antics was by Reyes during their Hong Kong match. Maybe I am wrong but I think Efren smacked the chalk down on the table to make Earl think his comment about position was right. That heartened Earl, who was promptly disheartened as Efren got down and fired the ball in. Before I moved to the U.S. I saw some tirades in snooker that make Earl look restrained.

WHAT?
You don't mean that even Brit pool players can also be provoked to a fight with words or fists do you? :D

Does anybody know what Scorpion model is that?

sometimes he gets new ones before they are avaliable, he has been using the same one now for about 6 months, i cant make a ball with it. The one he used before the one he is using now hits them great, i played great with it, I dont know why he changed over to his current one its a bit too light for me. They play alot better than Cue-Tec cues do, I have hit balls with about 6 or 8 of them and for the $$$ they are great. I have one and I use it sometimes, I loan it out to friends who can play, they all like it, I havent had a complaint about it, Who ever did the R & D for them was on their game, they are straight, well balanced etc.
