Currently there is an Ebay action selling an 8pt Predator Sneaky that was a gift from the sellers wife.

The problem concerning me is the previous action of the same cue that was sold and described as a cue bought as a gift from the sellers wife etc, The same exact description.

This is auction : 220879315939 (same seller)

If anyone has any input plz chime in as I am interested and was outbid in the last few hours of the 1st auction.

Have you messaged the seller? There is always the possibility that the original top bidder didn't pay up/backed out for some reason and it was relisted.
 
I did message the seller but still have not received a response. There is usually a post of questions sent in with a cooresponding answer at the bottom of the auction as the questions are submitted, and that has not occurred either. I was hoping someone here might know this seller but he has a history of 13 as both a seller and a buyer (mostly poker type items). It looks as if the last cue that was sold has not received feedback as of yet.

His answer to your question is on the listing now. Says its a relist from a non paying buyer.
