Ebay is fleecing us.
They take a cut of freakin everything and Paypal fleeces us too.

As far as I know, Ebay owns Paypal. They use to be seperate companies, and then Ebay bought them up and started making it alot easier for people to intergrate the use of paypal in their auction listings.
