Hello. I am posting this to warn of possible scam on vertical logo Huebler with two shafts on eBay, so you do not jump on buying it. It has been posted twice for buy now $225 it is a nice Huebler and I thought about buying it, but the seller had 0 rating and one other item for sale. I got to Leary and passed on it. I knew it would sell quickly and it did within 20 minutes of my seeing it. It came back up for sale again today for the same price, but this time it was listed as choopdoc 2001 and sold again. First seller was yyrn and then it was Jaryyn with 0 rating, both out of Minnesota and also had one more item to sell. If you see it again be cautious. I do not how to attach it, but search eBay sold item and you will see it.

maybe he has a whole box of them to sell to stupid people who let themselves get scammed thinking they are stealing something.

I don't see any for $225 for sale now. Below are screen shots of the sold one you probably described. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1358880159...d=link&campid=5335988529&toolid=20001&mkevt=1

Another Huebler with a vertical logo is for sale now and seems ok---see screen shots below the screen shots of the sold Huebler. https://www.ebay.com/itm/3266034554...d=link&campid=5335988529&toolid=20001&mkevt=1

Yes it is your top two listings. So if you see it for sale again you can recognize it.

I bought it first but he screwed up his account registration and had to create a new account.

He refunded me.

He relisted it for me with my screen name, Chopdoc2001.

He was supposed to tell me when he relisted it so I could BIN.

He never told me he relisted it, and I didn't see it.

Anyway, it was a screwed up deal, but honestly I don't think it was a scam. I don't see how it could be, I got my money back and he did relist it for me with my name as the title.

I think the new seller just screwed up, which sucks because it was a killer deal and I was excited.

I asked him about it, we will see if he responds.

He responded. He deleted his old account, set up the new one, then didn't know how to contact me.

Looks like I may have missed out on a spectacular deal. I did ask if he would work with me on it. But I hate to edge out the second buyer.

What a mess. Yeah, I don't think it's a scam, just a new seller.

Good catch, good eyes. Thanks for alerting the community here.

Taking a chance on a new seller on eBay isn't really much of a chance. Easy to get your money back in my experience. But I understand. I hesitated about 30 seconds.

Two other AZB members were aware of what was going on. I was going to post about all the drama after I got the cue in my hands but now it looks like someone else is going to get it.

Crazy stuff.

My nightmare is a new member will show up from FB asking to identify the cue.

For the record, it's a tulipwood H-11. It is relatively early with brass pin, and has the less common thinner veneers. Very nice example actually. I am stunned to miss it. One that got away.

I hope someone here got it, but I would still be a bit aggravated. LOL!

My computer showed two different eBay names which is why I thought it may be a scam and the price. But now we know the rest of the story. Thanks for posting the information
