I thought you couldnt sell cues with ivory on ebay anymore..Whats the deal I still see them..Anyone have any insight on this process..thanks

Basically anything made after 1900 with ivory in it is banned for sale on eBay. The fact that you are seeing things listed with ivory just means the seller hasn't been "caught".

My guess is that eBay didn't add any software to recognize the word "ivory" when someone is listing something so the only real way that it would get taken down is if someone reports it.

I'd imagine that if enough reports come in they will add that software, but it won't stop it.
