Be reputable.

You have more of a chance getting screwed as a buyer than a seller. The seller always has the upper hand because he almost always gets his end of the transaction covered first. Reputation is everything.

Don't send anything until you have payment. Also, make sure you are honest about what you are representing. If a product has something undesirable worth mentioning, mention it in your write up, otherwise you could have problems.

BTW, I hate to rain on your parade, but I just noticed you have ivory in your cue for sale on Ebay. Forget about it, your auction is illegally posted. Ivory is a big no-no on Ebay in the sale of cues as of this Jan 01 this year.

I know, it's a bummer. Someone here on AZ might want your cue, but you probably won't get half of what it's worth.
 
Recon Ivory, :grin:. I have listed this item 4 times and no ebay police yet. If it gets taken down then it does. At this point its too late. The Recon Ivory was probably from Piano keys! haha

You can state in your ad that no one with under "X" amount of bid or a good purchase transaction history even waste their or your time bidding on the cue. I've seen it done hundreds of times.
