Ebay scam? cognoscenti on ebay and cueauction?

Hey guys I was just doing some ebay shopping and noticed this auction.

Which looks very much like this one:

The description looks are nearly identical, as are the cues. I know Joe Gold makes certain paterns repeatedly but it these two auctions just look too identical. Look at the blueing on the shafts. I also know that cueauctions has been trying to sell this one particular cog for a long time.
Furthermore feb 28th was Ebay's promotional 10 cent listing day. So this would be a very profitable scam if I am correct. I just don't see how both can be listed at the same time.

Anyone else think this is a scam?

Another Ebay fraud

They are the exact same cue, but the one on Cueauctions is legit. Proficient Billiards are a very reputable cue dealer and repair shop. The ebay auction is a scam, someone just downloaded the pics from the Cueauction site and re-cropped them so they look different. The guy selling on ebay has no feedback and created his account the same day he started the auction. Total fraud, nice catch.

Anyone have a secondary user ID to bid it to $100,000 so no one gets hosed?.

Guess they got caught. Ebay has removed the auction.
