ebay scam on tad

would someone help me get this clown off ebay? I don't know how to report it yet:

I don't remember exactly when, but this same cue was on ebay previously, and of course this idiot is a zero (0) count and a member since date of april 14, 2006.

Sometimes I think that people that bid on very expensive cues when the seller has a "0" feedback deserve what they get.

But in the end, I just wish the people that pull these scams would get a severe pounding and a nice big jail buddy looking for a girlfriend.
