Well Mr. Bender created the problem on his own he was poor at communicating with customer.

So if you were customer in question with the problem would you be happy or unhappy

Maybe I am incorrect but will say sometimes in build of most things problem happen. If builder keeps clients in loop. Less reason to be upset.

Communication is in many ways is an important tool for artist to own.
