Here is a bumper less Tascarella Hoppe for sale. The cue is perfect except 1/2 little chips in the bottom of the butt below the hoppe. The cue has a piloted SS joint with a super smooth black leather wrap. The cue weighs 19.8 with either shaft and the shafts are 12.95 and 12.75. The 12.75 mm shaft has a ding in the finish. (See last pic) All the white in the cue is natural. Everything rolls straight and the cue is a great player. No dings anywhere in the butt if the cue.

Aside from California & New York, there other states with the same restrictions; cue sellers & buyers need to remain alert.
