Joss cue #24 of 100 ET-#6 Eddie Taylor series pool cue. This is the highest quaility cue they made in the series and was one of Eddie's personal pool cues. He was my grandfather and when he passed away he passed this one down to me. Will not be able to find another one that was his because i know who has the others. It is used but a very very nice pool cue. If you are intrested make an offer. I do know what it is worth but i am willing to let it go.

Thanks Ryan

Please post a ball park price. A cue with sentimental value or a unique story often requires a little "extra" to be parted with, and this seems like it would definitely fall into that category.

I have been looking for Eddie Taylor memorabilia for awhile now and even thou I am in Knoxville I have only ever seen 1 autographed picture and it was not for sale. The cue is going to be out of my price range but I was wondering about any "other" things you might be parting with or know locations on....

The only other thing that i have is a signed cue ball with the year he went to the hall of fame. But it was in my pool room in a case and the sun coming in from the window completly faded one side of the cue so it is worthless now.

I guess a ball park would be 1000. The is really no way to price it. There are no others for sale or find a history of selling. I am just going off of what my mother sold two of his cues for right after he passed. I found onne of the low end ones the ET-#4 that sold for 950 and that is all i have been able to find

i have an autographed picture with a long story concerning Eddies desire to play one pocket with me and offering to pay my cab fare to get to Louisiana should i accept.
Which I did not.

I think it is safe to say that Eddie could really play pool.In my book he was the best that ever lived.Banks and one hole

There are other opinions and valid I am sure

Pm a price on the cue and a little better description of the cue

If you would like to look at the different cues and what they sold for when the series came out the web site is http://www.josscues.com/cue_archives/Archive/html/eddietaylor_html/et_6.html
I also have pictures if anyone wants to see it

He was one of the best to play the game i agree and miss him very much. And i posted the web site that you can go look at the cue or i can send you pictures of it if you would like

Eddie

I had the pleasure to see Eddie play on more then 1 occasion and if he wasn't the best bank pool player that ever lived he sure as heck has to be in the conversation.

He used to do some exhibitions along with Wimpy and Beenie all 3 were great guys, great players and told some wonderful tales as they demonstrated their expertise on the table.

good luck with the sale

I got this auto'd pic from Eddie about 10 years ago, it is dated 4-16-2001. At the same time I bought the video he was selling.

I like that pic alot. I do not have one pic of eddie playing pool. I was yound and did not fully understand who he was beside him being my grandfather. My parents and grandmother told me that he was a very good pool player and in the hall of fame. I would sit and listen to all of his storys and things he had done but it was not till after he had passed and i got older till i fully understood how great he really was.

Do you have any pictures with Eddie using the cue or any way to show he played with it?

He never played with it. But maybe once or twice because there was a little chalk on the end when i got it. It was one of his personal cues but not one that he used regular. He had some that he had for years that he played with. This is one that joss sent him when they came out with the collection. He had one more out this collection and my uncle has that one and he had three cues that he played with all the time and my mom sold those for my grandmothe a few months after he passed along with his cases with his name on them. So to answer your question no i do not i am sorry. Are you wanting me to prove that it was actually his and that he was my grandfather? Because i may be able to do that.

No, I was more interested in if he won any tournements or anything like that with it. Thanks for your response.
