Educate me on cue cases

Hey everyone :) I was using a sterling case that was given to me as a gift. However it will not fit a cue with joint protectors :( So basically I was wondering what a good case is that will protect my cues and be functional (more worried about functional than looks). I hear a lot of good things about Instroke and I saw some nice looking Giuseppe's in the for sale/trade forum but don't know anything about them. Oh, and I'm looking to stay as cheap as possible but get a good solid case... not worried about all the frills and exotic skins/leathers etc.

In short: recommend me some good brands of cases that will take a standard 58" cue with joint protectors :D

Thanks!
I got a Jay Flowers 2X$ that is real nice/ all leather ... not sure of the price new..
