Lately, (for some reason), all I wanna do is shoot rack after rack after rack, after rack, .......................................................... after ra....................
I start by taking problem shots that are not muscle memory and shoot those 25 times each after that i line up a ball about 6inches from the side pocket with a sticker underneath it and i place the cue ball with a sticker as well then pick spots on the table to leave the cue ball and shoot for position until i make 10 of each spot then i practice long and short kicking the i spend about an hour just laying up basic defensive shots that are common and some that aren't. then to finish i mow down a few racks loosen up "my cool down period" usually takes 3-4 hours hours to do it all
