Hello Linds i think On-Cue is from Studio 23 which is sister company of ABS-CBN and therefore this is not taken on IBC-13. I saw this event before but forgot a lot of details of the game.
As far as i could remember vin, On-Cue is an ABS-CBN thing not on other channel. Remember that they tried pool also on the height of its popularity here in the Philippines. It started with On Cue, then On Cue 2 then finally On Cue 3. And if you are observant enough on the 1st video that you post was Mr. Gabby Lopez (3:31-3:40), no less than the owner and chairman of ABS-CBN.

Linds is right, this event was taped at the IBC-13 studios in Quezon City near UP-Diliman. How do I know? I was there! 
That's where I met Phoebe Choi, Pagulayan's girlfriend. Some of the tournament matches were played at Ever Gotesco while the taped matches were played at IBC-13. It was hard getting a ride out of that place because the studios are in a seculded area.

very keen observation CN, yes its indeed a diff event (on-cue/abs-cbn) telecast at robinson's galleria, ortigas. while the "hope"-puyat was at ibc-13 LS-I/ever gotesco... same seating arrangement/identical setting exept that i wasan't at "on-cue" my apology...

Yap i remember there were was Hope (cigarette) sponsored and Tanduay-sponsored in which i saw once or twice Marcus Chamat played in a team format together with Filipino teammates. And that could have coz the confusion because of the similarity of participants.
But whatever the case pool is alive and vibrant in this part of the globe. And that should make a pool fan excited.
