I used the cue about 9 racks of 9 ball. after that I sent you the email saying I wanted a refund because the cue was beat up. The cue has been in a hard case this whole time and I did not use it again. The cue is in the exact same shape that I received it from you.

Huh? I have nothing to gain from buying a cue via money gift then beating it up to return it and make 0 dollars. MY only motive was to have the cue in the condition that you described and my only motive now is to return to you your cue in the same condition you sent to me.
Refusing to accept the return can cause the following:
Money awarded to him, plus he can keep the cue since you refused a return.
It has happened that way more than once. I hope you have more proof for PayPal than you have in this thread. Keep it off the forum until the decision is made.

In reading the ebay ad, the cue description said "good condition" and that's what it appears to be, it doesn't say excellent, or 100%, or like new. It doesn't look beat to hell to me. Looks like it shows some wear and now you're mad because you paid a used Volkswagen price and expected a new Ferrari.
Look at the picture of his ebay ad, the butt is in perfect condition and look at the butt of the cue I received, it's broken off at the bottom. This means that he used a older picture of the cue for his ebay ad and misrepresented the condition of the cue and I clearly asked him the condition of the cue in email and he said it was in very good condition. This is considered fraud.
Also, it says very good condition in the ebay ad.

My mistake was to trust him with a money gift...
For me it's simple. I buy a cue. I pull it out and look it over. Put it together. Check joint and overall straightness. If used a couple of test it's and it's over. Feedback sent and I own it. Otherwise I ask for refund or discount based on current condition. Never mind playing with. Why the initial positive feedback. If it's as bad as you say then you should have spotted it with 30 seconds.
At this point I would give him a refund or offer $100 and call it at day before he makes a voodoo doll. My crazydar is tingling and it's never a good move to wrestle with a pig.

The truth is, his ebay rep was really good so that is why I didn't expect to get scammed.
Are you sure the buyer is crazy? I don't think he is and he should get a refund.

I did message a lot but that's just cause he was partially answering my questions and I had to ask them again and again to get the answers out of him. However, when it came to the condition of the cue, the answer he gave me was a lie obviously...
