I ordered an eight&out t-shirt on 8/24/13. he said it would ship in 8/28/13. after five emails and finally going to PayPal dispute he agreed to refund. but he still hasn't put the refund back in my PayPal account. this guy is a real dandy. my suggestion is to not deal with him.
