Elephant ear wrap

I am having difficulty finding elephant ear wrap. I have a customer that’s looking for one. He gave me this picture (below). I tried to look up that company, but it’s just a Facebook page and very difficult to figure out. can anyone point me in a direction?

I’ve never seen them in these colors. He wants the one under the phone at the bottom or something similar in a lighter color like white or yellow.

Those don't look like ear leather I've seen.
Possibly 2 things....
They could be genuine but from a side hide panel.
or
They are stamped leather and not real ele.
or
I could be wrong on both, but something looks off.
