Emily is a good manager, but she didn't save anything. She is part of a team. A team of good people that work together to get the job done.

I've seen good managers go down because upper management gave no support. I've seen great teams go down because of the micro managing of every day operations.

Never forget a good operation is a team effort. No one person, including Emily, deserves all of the credit.
