Well, it's time to recover and relevel my table. Trying to do this type of testing on a table that is not level is darn near impossible. Got a call in to the table mechanic and so the trying to defy physics videos have to be on hold for a while. I can't get the cue ball to hold a line up and down the table without using medium to hard speed and then there is the issue of the object ball rolling off. It's a wonder I can run a rack on this thing.

I believe you, but if I were you I would find another table as some will surely see this as a convenient way to back out & hope that it is forgotten.

I'm not suggesting that, as I said, I believe you as you very much seem to be a man of integrity.

I'm just saying, as I have come to understand some on AZB.

Back out of what? Making videos to satisfy my own curiosity?

I set up the jig yesterday and table isn't level which makes it impossible to do the shots at all speeds. But I don't have to prove anything to anyone but myself. I have zero problem saying I am wrong if I can see it for myself.

Furthermore I am curious as to what part perception plays here and one way to find out is to set up jigs that take perception out of the shot.

I will do these things in my spare time when I feel like it.

Trust me my credibility does not rest on being able to refute Dr. Dave or Bob Jewett. Good thing as well because they have a great deal more experience and knowledge. My intention is to explore the things they put out to understand them thoroughly and know what the relationship is between the hard physics and the perceptual alignment that allows me to aim without regard to speed.
