I'd love to see some variety, and since you made almost all the people in the cuemaker section mad, the sale section deserves a bit of a break. Let the new sellers put up their items, let some people who have some variety post.

At one time, if he wasn't hanging in the Machinery Forum, being just a broke student, crumbing for Free, almost Free or a Good Deal on equipment and supplies.

He actually expected deals on supplies for cheaper than what makers and repairmen purchased them for. A serious chisler.

All the while, being a broke student so people felt sorry for him and actually shipped items to him to build a lathe etc, for basically free.

Looks like he was able to purchase some nice playing cues with his savings.

Again, this is just my opinion of him, and it was never very high, he is an accident waiting to happen. Not a matter of IF, but When, someone will be starting a Thread in his Honor.

I wouldn't purchase five dollars from him for one, because there will be a catch somewhere.

Other than that, I don't care what he does. He no longer or at least seldom crumbs for supplies in the Mach Forum. He learned his lessons there already.

He is a possible Fly By Night at this point in his career. Here today and pull a disappearing act off the next, never to be heard from again.

If anyone wants to send him 1200 for the Blud or any other cues without using an Escrow, do so at your own risk.

Haha. You put a ring in the middle of the wrap area/Handle and that transforms it into a Segmented cue. OK, we'll run with that.

In a pm awhile back when he told me to suck a ####, he bragged how he has figured out how to build a cue for 1/10 the cost of real builders by simply begging and acting poor. Real class act.
I agree with you Terry, it's only a matter of time before he goes Wheatie on members here.

That's sad isn't it Dave. It is common for cue makers to be in need of a certain thing and another will ship first and then say, no problem, or take care of me later.

Whats his name, Romanian Gypsy Guy obviously saw this type of generosity going back and forth and decided to take full advantage of it, which he did.

The only thing was, unlike others, he never had any supply or product ro pay forward when the time came for his turn. LIke the guy who's turn it is to buy a round at the bar and he is always conveniently in the wash room when the waitress comes to your table.

With him, it was, take, take, take.

When I say, Fly By Night, it is because, one minute he is selling his lathe or lathes, that were put together mostly for free. The next day he is wanting more lathe parts.

One day he is finished with repairs and building, the next day, different story.

So, he just seems too unpredictable for me to have anything to do with him.

Not that I would anyway. He isn't well known enuff and when you add his past dealings, he could take money and disappear in a minute.

Dave, I got my share of those PMs as well. I never bothered reporting him as I figured he was his own worst enemy. I got about ten one evening, but it sounded like he was drunk so I let that one slide also.

Had to take the chance with that because once some of us figured out what he was up to and laid the smack down on him, he didn't like being outted.
