Two players and a jump break!
More fancier one is ivory pointed and everything white used in the cue is ivory too!
Thanks for looking!

Gilbert makes a fantastic cue with excellent workmanship. Personally, I prefer his steel jointed cues for play but everything I have seen from Gilbert has the look and feel of quality. Thanks for showing these nice cues off.

Outstanding cues! Thank you for sharing

Wich play cue do you play with? Some of the nicest Gilberts I have seen.

My player is this middle one...ivory pointed!
Andy built it on my specs, the same as others!:):):)
Have played with it for almost 6 years and I am absolutely satisfied with it in any way.
When I received it I was stunned with the precision of the built and how good the cue played.
Beside this Andy was pleasure to deal with and later he built this matching break cue which is pretty much the same except for the woods and it doesn't have all those inlays as the player!:):):)

Andy does great work. We used to visit each others shops back when I lived in Missouri. I can't believe how time flies. It has been over 21 years ago since we traveled together to set up at the BCA Trade show. He joined the ACA at that show and sold just about all the cues he brought. People really took to his cues right away as the work was nice and the prices were good. I felt sorry for him as he had to listen to me snore every night. It is a wonder he got any sleep.

The left one is jump break cue:wink::eek::wink:

Thanks for the nice words

I am curious if you picked the Gilbert cue up in person, or did you have Gilbert ship the custom ordered cue to you, to Croatia? I am just curious, because I would have been very nervous about a cue with all of that Ivory in it being shipped from the US to Croatia (I would have been very nervous either way, if I were the shipper or the receiver of the cue). I do not know about your Customs laws though.

Sorry for going off topic.

Really love your cues. Thanks for showing them.

Hey,

My Gilbert was built in 2010 and Andy sent it o Kansas where my best used to lived and he brought it to me in Croatia.
If this wasn't the case, Andy was willing to sent it to me. Back then it wasn't so big deal in US and it still isn't here in Croatia.
Customs here doesn't check materials, well, not ivory...they are more into forbidden snakes!:wink::wink:
However, of course I was nervous since that cue was expensive and when there is lots of money involved, you are always nervous.
However, sometimes in life you have take risks and that's exactly what I was doing!:smile::smile:
