Why do pool-players always find something to criticize about this game? No professional player is ever good enough, no tournament stream is ever good enough... but every keyboard jockey on AzBilliards, with their omnipotent knowledge and presence, spouts their opinion like they matter and will change pool.

Absolutely every player who airstrokes (myself included) has no choice but to be guided to this thread, read your wisdom on the pointlessness of air-stroking and change their form due to your enlightening wisdom. Thank you for your godly service to pool. May Justin Bergman find this thread so he can stop air-stroking and be as good as all of you AZB posters...

You'll get complaints from attendees or watchers of any event where the people putting on a show - this is a show, after all - spend inordinate amounts of time going about their business.

The 30-second shot clock for the upcoming World Cup is a bit silly. 1 minute seems reasonable though.
