Enschede Open 1, 2 and 3 September

We are organizing a pool tournament in the east of the Netherlands in the weekend of 1, 2 and 3 September. In case you are in the vincinity, you are more than welcome to join!

1, 2 en 3 september, the very first Enschede Open Pool Tournament!
Location: Snooker and PoolCentre Enschede, The Netherlands

Prizemoney (guaranteed!):
1st prijs € 2250,-
2nd prijs € 750,-
3/4 prijs € 350,-
5/8 prijs € 150,-
9/16 prijs € 75,-
17/32 prijs € 30,-

GameType: 9-ball

Qualifying Sessions:
1 september 18.00 uur (8 spots)
2 september 10:00 uur (8 spots)
2 september 12:00 uur (8 spots)
2 september 14:00 uur (8 spots)

Main tournament (32 players):
3 september 12:00

Entry:
€ 30,- per qualification session (when paid in advance, 37,50 at the tournament desk)

The Enschede Open 2006 has two fantastic new champions: Diana Stateczny and Christian Reimering.

The ladies final was very close, but Diana was the coolest in taking her chances. She took the title with a 9-7 scoreline.

In the main tournament final Marcus Westen dashed to a 6-0 lead with perfect play. Christian Reimering then demonstrated great class and skill, and transformed the 6-0 deficit into an 11-9 win.
