Hello. My name is Adam and I wanted to let all of Ernie’s fans know that Ernie is working hard. Recently Ernie has been doing a lot of cue repairs and custom cues. Ernie has reached out to me to assist him with the business aspect of EMCues (eMail, managing cue orders, and maintenance of the cue order list). Ernie will continue to do all production of all cues. I will work closely with Ernie. From this point forward eMail communication with Ernie will be reliable. I would like to reconnect with everyone that was in contact with Dave on the cue order list. We are also working on getting his website updated with current information and pictures of cues he has completed recently. I will be checking AZBilliards.com frequently. I appreciate your post and debated if I should post this or not. Ernie is a talented cuemaker. I would like to own an ernie and I actually seek them out waiting for the right cue. But if I am not mistaken ernie left a few folks around here high and dry with previous orders before the last time he closed shop. If I, or anybody, places an order how do we know it will be completed and we will see out money not be thrown away? If Ernie would build me a cue and send it COD or use escrow when finished I would be more than willing to place an order. I hope he is here to stay since he makes one hell of a cue!!!!!
 
After discussing your posted comments with Ernie, he would like to address your statements in your last posting. As for leaving “some folks around here high and dry with previous orders” . . . according to Ernie everyone that he knows of was reimbursed any monies they had paid to him who did not receive a cue. He’s been back at work for more than a year now and completely committed to his business of making quality custom cues. Ernie’s preferable method of shipping to the customer is C.O.D.

I just wanted everyone to know I spoke with Adam at length and he is who he says he is: Ernie's cousin helping him do better responding to emails, which as most of you already know, is not Ernie's strength :D.

Adam is young man very knowledgeable about computers that has agreed to help Ernie. I for one would like to thank him for taking on this role to improve his communications with those ordering from the internet.

Ernie is not accepting any deposits when a cue is ordered so the possibility of him going walk-about and leaving people high and dry is no longer an issue. You simply order the cue you want, when it's completed you pay and he ships. So please order with confidence!

For those that don't know, I was the one who created and managing the "list" for Ernie for the last 2+ years. So I know a little about this.

Those highest on the list will still get priority as far as delivery, so please let Adam know your AZ name along with your contact info. He has a list of the list. If there are any issues, I am always available to Adam.

Again, thank you Adam for stepping up to assist Ernie - one of the most talented cue makers on this planet, just not so great with computers! :eek:
