Can someone explain how one would go about setting up an Escrow account? I'm interested in purhcasing a cue on this site and the seller is wary of PayPal. I understand Fast N Loud here on AZ helps in these situations but, I'm looking for advice..

I'm curious, why is the seller wary of paypal?

the king of escrow is Fast N Loose. You had him as "Fast N Loud"
