Espiritu Birdseye jumb/break cue for sale

Have to raise some much needed funds so I'm selling my Russ Espiritu jump/break cue. Weight is around 19.0. Shaft has a 14" pro taper, 12.2 mm Triangle tip. Ferrule is non-ivory, although I'm not exactly sure of what type (Aegis, Ivorine, etc.).

Shaft has no dings at all, although the forearm of the cue has minor surface dings to the finish.

Joint is 5/16 x 14 piloted with stainless steel collar. Good balance, great feel. Sad to give her up!

I've never heard about Russ Jump/Break. Does anyone have some experiences with it ?
a free bump for you too ....

I own a birdseye Esperitu B/J since 10 years. I like the way it feels because the butt feels a little bit thinner and the weigth balance is forward. The first few years it breaks fantastic with a normal triangle tip. Only the original shaft got a little wobble. I think this was from my hard break. Now I use a stiff and heavy shaft with a one in all ferrule. Breaking and jumping makes fun and the balance turned forward. Only the long jump-section pin and the 5x16/14 makes some noises and give you much time to think about the way you'll jump. Former I used the cue for playing with a nova shaft. My Esperitu B/J is also a great player.

It was more of a player for me than a dedicated jump/break cue. I like the weight and balance of the cue to play with more than anything else. Well that and I believe in jumping with one's full playing cue, but that's just me.
