This is for all of the Sarah fans, congrats Sarah! Exposure is a good thing and I think that you are one of the few role models in the game. Wishing you the very best!
Just a heads up to a small special on ESPN.com. Follow the link below and then go to It's a Living then click on the small 8 ball in the bottom of the screen. A neat interview with Sarah and her experiences.
:D
Sarah on ESPN, You bet your life

For everyone going WTF? try this, it should take you directly there. ESPN seems to have taken it down from the main page already.

Hey everyone,

I have been really busy and didn't get a chance to get this posted earlier. The story was done back in June and is just now being put on the website. It was a pretty fun story to do and I tried my best to describe the game and all aspects of making a living. Hopefully I didn't say anything wrong and my love of the game showed through the struggle of making money.

The story has been moved around a little bit and the link that RunArak posted is not the correct link anymore. ESPN: It's a Living There are four stories in all about different sports. There is a short video clip and a small picture gallery.

Let me know what you think.
Sarah

Sarah , great story and article! You know how we all feel about you here. You have more fans around than you know! I have students that just admire you, be it the new young player or some of the seasoned players. Some of them ask me if they would ever get a chance to meet you and I said of course they will. You're a real asset to the WPBA and the Billiard community. It is a shame that there are not more sponsors out there to help the players and the tour itself. Just to let you know I'm always in your corner. If you ever need anything just call. Best of luck in Florida next week. I'm looking forward to working with you December 11-12th for our clinic/workshop. It will be great. Thank you for being my friend! Denny

That was a great article Sarah, hopefully it will educate those who are not so familiar with the sport and give them a little more insight as to what the sport is truly about.

Thank you very much everyone for your kind words. I'm glad the story turned out well. I thought Darren Rovell of ESPN did a great job. As it was said earlier, hopefully it will educate people.

Wally, I hope to see you in Milan if you can make it. I think it will be a fun time.

Paul, thank you for letting me know about the post on RSB. I really appreciate it. I like to know about that stuff so I can show my gratitude.

Thanks again,
Sarah
