The betting site is where the live stream is-Read the instructions under -Nevermind here they are.

There is no software needed and absolutely free!!!
First you have to register yourself on the BetAnd Win Website
After registering you'll get your own account and with this account you can login.
After this choose 'Pool' and from there you can select the match of your interest.
During the Euro Tour Event a lot of interesting pool matches are brougth to you via LiveStream

After u do the above- on the top left of the page there is a lil button 'video' click that and you get the 2" screen of the match.
