Go to that link, hover over the tournament tab, and click "LiveStream".

You'll have to register to watch. Also, from the website, "Because of high investment cost and new development these livestream matches are not shown for FREE."

You will have to pay, but I assume it's not a lot of money and I'm sure it's worth it.
 
I've watched a lot of Eurotour matches and I think the stream is pretty good. They have around 10 regular webcams and one decent "TV arena" that has better lighting and often a commentator.
