Its called a towel finger loop. It's used to hang your towel or you can use it as a carrying strap when your playing tournament and have your cues set up in it when moving from table to table. I also use it to hang my keys with a carbinger.

Hahaha no I'm not a carpenter. I liked the logo a lot. I also have a powerful break and I think the hammer is a good symbol for power.

Cool Idea

That is a very cool idea for the second handle as towel holder and transport handle while cues are together in case. Thanks for the insight.
