I have this old cue and it was given to me from my boys as a christmas present. It has a maple shaft, piloted 5/16x18 pin and is a 58 inch cue. I have never been able to track the origins of the manufacturer. it has a 13mm tip and the shaft and butt are still straight. The butt is green with 6 points on forearm and sleeve and no wrap it is painted or stained black in that area.
Anyone ever see or have one? Just curious

It's messed up that I can actually answer this question.

MTA Pro was the brand name of the regional grocery store, Meijers. MTA standing for their moniker, Meijer Thrifty Acres. If I recall correctly, they phased that brand out ages ago. If you have anything labeled MTA pro, the only value it has is probably because it's so old. I haven't see name MTA pro probably since I was a teen.
